I’m Senem Kıraç, founder of Marajans.
My background is in insights, analytics, and business strategy. Over the past 15 years, I have worked across data, customer experience, reporting, and decision-making processes, helping organizations turn scattered information into meaningful direction.
Throughout that journey, one thing became clear: in many companies, teams such as IT and analytics, commercial and tech, or sales and marketing do not fully understand each other. They may work toward the same goals, but often speak in different languages, use different priorities, and struggle to connect strategy with execution. That gap is where confusion grows, decisions slow down, and opportunities get missed.
I have worked in leading organizations, including Microsoft, one of the largest data agencies, and one of the biggest ecommerce platforms in Turkey. These experiences shaped the way I approach business problems — with both strategic perspective and practical understanding.
I started Marajans to offer businesses a more thoughtful and practical way to work with data. Not just more numbers, but better understanding. Not just reports, but insights that support action.
What Marajans brings is a combination of analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and communication. Strong analytics is not only about measuring performance, but also about helping different teams understand each other better, align more easily, and move forward with clarity.
Over the years, I have also led multidisciplinary teams with strong M-shaped skill sets — teams that could go deep into their own expertise while also understanding the broader business context. That way of working continues to shape the philosophy behind Marajans: connecting perspectives, improving visibility, and building systems that are both practical and strategically useful.
The goal is to simplify complexity, improve visibility, and create reporting and decision-making structures that help businesses move with more confidence.

Beyond analytics, there is also a more personal side to who I am and how I see the world.
As the daughter of a captain, maritime has always been part of my life. It is not just an industry I know — it is a family business and something deeply rooted in me.
Outside of work, I do stand-up comedy in both English and Turkish, which has taught me a lot about people, communication, timing, and perspective. I also love cooking, exploring as many flavors as possible, and discovering how different ingredients, cultures, and traditions come together.
And when I need to clear my mind, I enjoy woodworking. It brings a different kind of focus — something slower, hands-on, and grounding.
